Our trainers have specifically designed the online sessions for property managers and administrators, inventory suppliers and landlords, so that they are easy to access.
We aim to take you through the timelines and requirements of tenancy deposit protection to help you avoid costly errors when it comes to registering a deposit.
TDS Academy delivers expert guidance on the lifecycle of a deposit, from registration, repayment, through to the alternative dispute registration process. This will include how to confidently understand which deposit issues may be resolved and what kind of evidence you can prepare and rely on to save time and be more efficient should there be a dispute at the end of the tenancy.
We have spread the course over two bite sized sessions to fit in with busy schedules. You can still gain 3 hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD), confirmed with a TDS Academy certificate.
