On Thursday 1st April 2021 at 12pm, Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) Executive Assistant, George Chrysanthou and Complylex Executive Chairman, Michael Stoop, will be taking property professionals on a tour of Complylex in a new TDS webinar.
Staying up to date with relevant legal changes in the property sector can be challenging but with the property law tool, Complylex, property professionals will be able to access the latest legislative and regulatory updates easily.
Known as the ‘highway code for property law’, the Complylex platform has been designed to provide concise, accessible information on property law, in easy-to-understand language. The property professionals behind the development of the tool wanted to give both, landlords and agents a simple and affordable way to comply with the legal requirements in England and Wales.
During the webinar, viewers will get to see what the tool does and how to set it up so that it automatically sends an update email whenever a relevant change occurs, which will help to avoid compliance issues.
Any TDS agent customers that sign up to Complylex will be entitled to five free TDS Academy sessions per branch per annum, whilst landlords will receive 20% off TDS Academy courses.
Quick, don’t miss out – book your place on the Complylex webinar today:
